TOP STRENGTHS

Based on the Strengths Finder Assessment created by the Gallup research company, some of my top strengths are:

Empathy, which allows me the instinctive ability to understand those around me and I feel what they feel. I truly care on a deep level.

Includer, which is the philosophy that making people feel part of a valued group is highly beneficial to all, and the belief that our differences should all be respected makes us equally important.

Positivity, meaning I try to celebrate every achievement, and look for the positive in every situation. I tend to be enthusiastic about everything I do and the success of others.

Restorative, means there is no problem I would not love to breakdown and find solutions to. If I can make a process or an item better, more effective, or more efficient I want to do that, and rekindle its vitality.
